This half-day workshop covers how to set up and use AHCs Consolidated Housing and Reporting Tool (CHART), the specialized reporting spreadsheet used in LIHTC & HOME projects monitored by AHC.

This workshop is designed for those who are responsible for setting up, entering and maintaining information on CHART and assumes a solid knowledge of LIHTC compliance requirements and reporting processes.
Workshop Materials & What to Bring
Participants receive a class guide and checklist to help them quickly apply classroom learning to real-life situations. Bringing a WiFi-enabled device allows for more meaningful participation in interactive portions of the workshop but is not required.

Registration & Payment $150
For cancellations 7+ days prior to the class date, full credit (entire original registration amount) toward a future class; for cancellations less than 7 days, 50% credit toward a future class. The Management Company will receive a credit that can be used by anyone toward a future class with an expiration date (1 year from the date of cancellation).
Note: Workshops are limited to 18 participants; registration confirmation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Coffee and snacks will be provided. Free parking is available in the Blair Arcade building parking lot and on-street parking within 1 block of the building.
